During his career he has worked for Starwood, Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Six Senses Resorts & Spas, COMO Hotels and Resorts and several independent family owned and operated hotels, resorts and spas. This professional is dedicated to identifying high potential talent then developing them into consummate hoteliers.

RICHARD L DUSOME

Richard is a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality (FIH) He has spent thirty plus year’s developing his vision of Hospitality Management. His work with Hospitality industry leading organisations like Four Seasons, Hilton International, Hong Kong and Shanghai Hotels (The Peninsula Group) Vintage Inns, Six Senses and Sama Sama Hotels has given him a clear understanding of what owners require from their Management companies. Richard has worked in many countries in Asia, the U.K. and his home country of Canada. His proven track record of developing and executing strategies that bring financial results while consistently, through the operations teams delivering superior guest service. His passion in developing, building and nurturing new projects is infectious.

Director
A talented, strategic and innovative thinker with 17 years experience working for internationally renowned groups, i.e., Starwood and Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts. Solid skills and experience in project management, collaborating with architects, contractors and builders. Takes a deep pride in managing strategic initiatives, engineering practices and the implementation of quality controls to create ongoing process improvement.
